Advanced Integrity Care provides structured, clinically informed support for individuals experiencing cognitive decline, memory impairment, and behavioural or psychological symptoms of dementia. Care delivery is grounded in evidencebased practice, personcentred principles, and consistent communication strategies that promote safety, predictability, and emotional regulation.
Advanced Integrity Care supports participants across all stages of dementia, including earlystage functional changes, moderate cognitive deterioration, and advanced decline requiring highlevel supervision. The team is trained in recognising and responding to behavioural triggers, implementing behaviour support strategies, and maintaining environments that reduce agitation, confusion, and distress. Interventions are aligned with clinical recommendations from treating specialists, behaviour support practitioners, and allied health professionals.
Daily living assistance is delivered with a focus on maintaining functional capacity wherever possible. Staff utilise structured routines, tasksimplification techniques, and gentle prompting to support independence while ensuring safety. For individuals with complex behavioural presentations, the team applies lowarousal approaches, traumainformed care principles, and consistent communication patterns to minimise escalation and support emotional stability.

Meaningful engagement is incorporated into care planning to enhance quality of life and reduce withdrawal or apathy. Activities are selected based on the person’s history, preferences, and cognitive profile, supporting orientation, sensory regulation, and positive social interaction. All interventions are delivered with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and preservation of identity.
Families and clinical teams can be confident that care is delivered by staff who understand the complexities of dementia and the importance of predictable, supportive environments. Advanced Integrity Care maintains close communication with referrers, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure care plans remain clinically relevant and responsive to changes in presentation.
The Dementia Care service offered by Advanced Integrity Care is suitable for individuals requiring structured support within a community or Supported Independent Living environment.
